Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 16, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the JunkSnapHaul platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. THE MARKETPLACE PLATFORM — WHAT JUNKSNAPHAUL IS AND IS NOT

JunkSnapHaul ("Company") provides a digital lead generation marketplace that connects individuals or businesses seeking junk removal services ("Customers") with independent, third-party service providers ("Haulers").

JUNKSNAPHAUL DOES NOT PROVIDE JUNK REMOVAL SERVICES. JunkSnapHaul is not an employer of Haulers, does not supervise or control the manner of service delivery, and is not responsible for the actual performance of any junk removal services.

JunkSnapHaul's role is limited to:

  • Marketing junk removal services and capturing customer inquiries
  • Producing price estimates based on customer-provided information
  • Collecting a non-refundable booking deposit from the Customer at the time of booking, which is the Company's marketplace fee
  • Connecting the Customer with an available, qualified Hauler
  • Providing the Hauler with the job details, including the estimated scope, location, and the Customer's remaining balance due at pickup

3. HOW PAYMENTS WORK

For Customers:

  • At the time of booking, you will pay a non-refundable deposit to JunkSnapHaul via a secure third-party payment processor. This deposit secures your booking slot and constitutes the Company's marketplace fee.
  • The remaining balance of the total job price (total price minus the deposit) is due directly to the Hauler at the time of pickup. JunkSnapHaul does not collect, handle, or process this remaining balance.
  • Payment of the remaining balance is made directly between you and the Hauler. JunkSnapHaul is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for disputes arising from it.
  • Because the deposit is non-refundable, cancellations after payment will not result in a deposit refund. Disputes about service quality or the remaining balance must be resolved directly with the Hauler.

For Haulers:

  • You receive job leads from JunkSnapHaul. The Company's fee is the deposit already collected from the Customer.
  • You are solely responsible for collecting the remaining balance directly from the Customer at the time of service. JunkSnapHaul does not hold or transfer these funds.
  • You bear the full risk of Customer non-payment of the remaining balance. JunkSnapHaul is not liable for any amount a Customer fails to pay you.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY

The booking deposit paid by Customers at the time of scheduling is non-refundable, with one exception: if JunkSnapHaul is unable to assign a qualified Hauler to fulfill your job, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit. In all other circumstances — including customer cancellations or changes of mind — the deposit is non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to review their booking details carefully before submitting payment.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JunkSnapHaul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • The actual performance of junk removal services by any Hauler
  • Property damage or bodily injury caused by a Hauler
  • A Customer's failure to pay the remaining balance to a Hauler
  • A Hauler's failure to perform services
  • The conduct of any Customers or Haulers on the platform

JunkSnapHaul's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of the deposit paid by the relevant Customer, or $500, whichever is greater.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes between Customers and Haulers — including disputes about service quality, property damage, or payment of the remaining balance — are the sole responsibility of those parties. JunkSnapHaul does not mediate or arbitrate such disputes.

Disputes between a User and JunkSnapHaul shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
